We found no regional "digital voucher" open to SMBs in 2026: the Region supports digital projects through targeted programs. The Pass Cyber Conseil, for SMBs with fewer than 250 employees, covers 50% of studies and consulting delivered by accredited cybersecurity consultants, within a limit of €10,000 (France Num, page updated 29 July 2026). The Plan Booster TPE Artisans-Commerçants helps small businesses tap the Region's direct and indirect support. In the Lille area, the Métropole Européenne de Lille also offers repayable advances for development and innovation projects.

The national France Num initiative, run by the Direction générale des entreprises, lists State, regional and local support schemes in a single search database. Bpifrance, for its part, offers the Prêt Boost Transformation numérique, with no personal guarantee, for companies with 2 to 49 employees founded more than three years ago (France Num, page of 11 July 2024). To benefit from this assistance, your company must generally be an SMB per the European definition (fewer than 250 employees, and annual revenue up to €50M or a balance sheet total up to €43M), be headquartered in the region, and present a structuring project for your business. Eligible sectors and expenses vary from one program to another: read each scheme's terms before committing any spending.
