Does Helion Cloud have an office in Madrid?+
No. Our offices are in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, France. We support Spanish companies remotely. On Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Power BI projects this is now the norm: audit, migration and training run over video calls without any loss of quality.
Does GDPR apply in Spain?+
Yes. GDPR is a directly applicable European regulation, so the obligations match those in France. We configure European data storage and enable Microsoft Purview for classification. The competent supervisory authority is the Spanish AEPD.
What language is the engagement conducted in?+
The site exists in Spanish and we are happy to correspond in writing in that language. For workshops and training, tell us the expected language at first contact: we would rather be upfront than commit to something we could not deliver.
Do you work with Spanish subsidiaries of French groups?+
That is where our model fits best. A single point of contact runs the Microsoft environment of both the parent company and its subsidiary, with consistent governance, one CSP contract and aligned security rules.
