Helion Cloud supports Belgian companies from its offices in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, near Lille. Proximity matters: Brussels is under an hour away by train, which makes on-site meetings easy to arrange whenever a project calls for one.
We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner and CSP reseller. Your licences stay in your name, billing is monthly, and sizing advice is included, exactly as for our French clients.
Most of the work happens remotely: tenant audit, migration, security configuration, user training. You keep a single point of contact who knows your account.

Does Helion Cloud have an office in Brussels?+
No. Our offices are in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, near Lille. We support Belgian companies remotely, travelling to Brussels when a project justifies it: scoping workshops, migration cut-over, in-person training. The distance is short, under an hour by train.
Does GDPR apply the same way in Belgium?+
Yes. GDPR is a European regulation, so the obligations are identical to France. We configure the tenant for European data storage, enable Microsoft Purview for data classification and document the processing activities. The competent supervisory authority is the Belgian DPA.
What language is the engagement conducted in?+
French. Our team is French-speaking, which covers Brussels and Wallonia. For a Dutch-speaking context, we discuss it upfront to check we can genuinely meet your need rather than committing blindly.
Can I buy my Microsoft licences through Helion Cloud from Belgium?+
Yes. We are a Microsoft CSP reseller. You pay monthly for what you consume, with no commitment, and the licences stay in your name. Sizing advice is included.
How does a remote project start?+
